Diminishing Returns Update Survey
In April, 2002 the League of Oregon Cities and the Oregon City and County Management Association published a report entitled Diminishing Returns: Oregon Cities’ Struggle to Afford Basic Services. The following survey is intended to update information contained in the Diminishing Returns report.
RECENTLY COMPLETED SURVEYS:
2003 Public Finance Survey: This report provides information on how cities are meeting the increasing demand for services with fewer resources.
2003 Planning Fee Survey: The Planning Fee Study includes a comparison of planning fees and fee calculation methodologies, staffing levels, and planning permit processes in cities across the state of Oregon.
